You know what you need to bring at each stage and exactly what we deliver in return. The whole engagement runs in three to six weeks for a standard build.
None of this needs to be polished. Half-finished is fine. We have done this enough times to work with whatever you have.
If you do not have website copy written, we can help you write it as part of the design brief process. If you have copy, send it as a Google Doc or Word file. We will edit for tone and clarity as part of the build.
High-resolution originals are preferred. We will handle resizing and optimisation. If you do not have photography, we will source from a licensed stock library and flag the options before using them.
Logo in SVG or high-resolution PNG. Typeface names if you have them. A colour reference — a hex code, a Pantone, or just a description. If none of these exist, we start from scratch and that is fine.
Credentials for wherever your domain is registered — GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Google Domains. If you are not sure, send us the login and we will find it. You do not need to understand DNS.
